Welcome to RedElk! These terms govern your use of our apps, including Push The Rock and any future applications we create. By using our apps, you agree to these terms.

            The Short Version: Use our apps, enjoy them, and be respectful. Subscriptions auto-renew (you can cancel anytime). We reserve the right to improve our apps over time. Questions? Email us.
        

Subscription Terms

Push The Rock Eternal

Our premium subscription, "Push The Rock Eternal," is available in three options:

Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly and automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Yearly Subscription: Billed annually and automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Lifetime Purchase: A one-time payment with no recurring charges or renewals

Managing Your Subscription

All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To view, modify, or cancel your subscription:

iOS/iPadOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
macOS: App Store > Account (menu bar) > Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but doesn't provide a refund for the current billing period. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period.

Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We don't handle payment information directly.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Using Our Apps

What You Can Expect

We work hard to build great apps that help you stay productive and focused. However, our apps are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that they'll be perfect, bug-free, or available at all times.

Changes to Features

RedElk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of our apps at any time. We'll do our best to improve things over time, but sometimes that means making tough decisions about what stays and what goes.

Your Responsibilities

When using our apps, you agree to:

Use the apps lawfully and respectfully
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the apps
Not use the apps in ways that could harm others or our services
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

The apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by RedElk and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedElk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our apps.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our apps or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our apps will be resolved under Australian law.
