At RedElk, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our apps, including Push The Rock and any future RedElk applications.

What We Collect (Spoiler: Very Little)

RedElk apps are designed with privacy at their core:

• App Data: Your tasks, mountains, and other app content are stored locally on your device
• iCloud Sync: If you choose to enable iCloud, your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit to your other devices. This data remains in your personal iCloud account and is never accessible to us
• Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal information
• Analytics & Tracking: We do not use analytics services or tracking technologies

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect limited information necessary to manage your subscription status. You can review their privacy practices at:

How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect your information, we can't use it. Your app data exists solely to provide you with the functionality you expect—tracking tasks, managing mountains, and syncing across your devices via your personal iCloud account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Period.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we don't collect personal information from anyone, this extends to users of all ages.

Your Data, Your Control

Deleting Your Data

• App Data: Delete the app from your device to remove all local data
• iCloud Data: Manage iCloud data through your device settings (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud on iOS, or System Settings > Apple ID > iCloud on macOS)

Updates to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
